FROM THE GUILTY KITCHEN: CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI BREAD

there are zucchinis in my inlaws' garden that are the size of watermelons. it's such a happy sight, and it makes me wonder how much farmers laugh with such small vegetables on the shelves.

i've had two of these behemoths sitting pretty in our refrigerator just waiting for a special recipe, and i've finally found the one. it's a sumptuous loaf by elizabeth of guilty kitchen, and i'm so anxious to bake a loaf! (or you know, 6 loaves considering)
